Ladies, Join us for our women only Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Fitness session in partnership with Health Bubble & South Coast Wake Park.
Island Feather SUP Fitness Session combine Stand Up Paddleboard & Fitness to offer the ultimate water workout and reap huge benefits to both mind and body. Whilst embracing the elements in natural surroundings, our classes offer you the feeling total freedom. Exercises can be bespoke to the group and can meet any goal from improving general fitness to more specific goals such as strength and cardio gains.

Time: 9am arrival - Sessions start at 9.30am - 11.am
Session: SUP Circuits & Hot Drink from Southcoast Cafe
Participants: 12 (split into two groups of 6)
What is included:
Short Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding
45minute Stand Up Paddleboarding and introduction to a Water Fitness Work out
Board & Wetsuit Hire
What to expect:
9am - Meet and greet with Claudia (Island Feather Company Director and Sup Fitness Instructor) & health and safety briefing.
9.15am Land paddling lesson before we hit the water.
9.30am - 10.15am - Group 1 SUP Fitness Session
10.15am - 11am - Group 2 SUP Fitness Session
What to wear & bring:
Wear fitness clothing that you are happy to get wet. E.g. Warm Leggings, Trainers, Vest Top & Thermal long sleeve run top/ jacket.
Change of clothes incase you get wet
Wetsuit hire is available, however activewear is recommended.
