Paddle board yoga takes your practice to a whole different level, challenging you mentally and physically. There’s no letting your mind drift in this class, with single focus (of staying on the board.) bringing a new level of awareness to even the most basic postures. Though it may be physically challenging, paddle board yoga is also one of the most zen experiences around, connecting with nature and moving at one with the water. There’s no better savasana than the one at the end of class, letting the gentle rocking of the board lull you into a complete state of relaxation.
